Ok, we bit the bullet. After putting it off... oh, forever and a day... we finally got around to getting set up to handle credit card payments. We're doing it through paypal's merchant services, and so it's like buying something online vs over the phone (that is, we need a lot more info than your CC number). Ah, feel the convenience, eh? It is with great joy that we announce our first hire here at NRT! Shawn Noyes has joined us, as a "Design and Operations Assistant".. or, in other words, CAD drafter and office helper. He's had a lot of computer drawing experience and we're training him mercilessly every day; luckily for him, he catches on fast. Welcome aboard, Shawn! Well, we were looking at this upcoming fall and we realized that we were going to dissapoint a whole lot of people if we didn't figure out how to make more control boards! So, we took action, and sat down with Tom from Brewer's Heating Systems, our control board manufacturer, to figure it out. We are now pleased to announce that we have doubled our control board capacity! However we are still limited in our production capabilities, and we are currently booking into mid-to-late October, so don't wait if you need a control board this fall! (read more)

Well, it took a long time, but NRT has finally completed its SECOND RADIANT PROJECT!!!! Hehehe.. just kidding, but we have finally gotten our second project up on the projects page! It's a nice system in northern NH we did with Ed Tomashek, a DIY tubing installer, and his local pro Tony Tec for the boiler install, using an NRT control board.
