Builder and Architect Services

For the General Contractor or Architectural client, our services can greatly facilitate the inclusion of radiant in any project. From general consultation to getting faster, more accurate, apples-to-apples bids from your subcontractors with the features, long-term reliability and performance your clients want in their radiant systems, we have an array of services to help!

Radiant can often be most effectively introduced to a project if it is planned out as a part of the building design process. Floor height restrictions, building materials, glass coverage, finished floor coverings; all of these are still open to negotiation and can have a very large impact on the economics, efficiency and effectiveness of a potential radiant install.

Even later in the design process there are often still many options for bringing radiant comfort and efficiency into a home at an affordable cost. Maybe a cost-saving radiant ceiling would do in the bedroom; maybe some radiant wall or a towel warmer in the bathroom to supplement the heat, maybe upgrading the glass in that cathedral great room can mean the difference between an invisible total-radiant system and needing visible baseboard units taking up wall space.

We can help settle all those questions and many more. Whether your local contractors don't have the time to handle all the details of a top-notch radiant install, or the client wants a second opinion, or maybe you simply want help writing up a bid specification to solicit faster, accurate, apples-to-apples bids from your potential contractors, we can help; radiant is all we do, and we do it well, at a very affordable cost. We won't charge you anything to look at a planset and have a conversation about your needs and your client's expectations and desires. Just send us the plans and include your contact information, and we'll give you a call to discuss it. From there, our involvement can continue a couple of different ways.
