Alan Blackington

Alan Blackington is a former Marine Technician for a local marina, and is a quite talented all-around technician, builder, welder, aspiring writer... a jack-of-all-tradesman if ever there has been one!
Al started working with us as a trainee on distribution design drafting, and has since moved into training on heat load calculations and quotations play to his strengths of both working with people and with technical puzzles to be figured out! Beau McCormick

Beau is a very sharp former carpenter and builder with a quick mind and a talent with wood. Here at NRT we are utilizing him for shipping/receiving, control panel wiring, miscellaneous building projects and primarily as a distribution design draftsmen trainee, which he has taken to like a fish to water, progressing from learning CAD to turning out high quality work in only a few short months! Dave Michaud, Co-Owner

Dave holds a B.S. M.E. from the University of Maine and is a Tekmar certified designer and installer for Tekmar control systems. Dave has been designing radiant control, piping and wiring systems since 1998. He handles the mechanical room/wiring diagrams and components for NRT's projects, as well as overseeing the wiring of our custom built control panels. Dave also handles primary tech support and troubleshooting roles for the electronics, heat source, and controls end of our radiant systems. You can e-mail Dave at Dave@NRTradiant.com.

Rob Brown, Co-Owner

Rob is an RPA-Certified Radiant Designer and has completed the Wirsbo Home Comfort Team training. Rob has done distribution design for radiant projects since 1999. These days, Rob oversees our "initial consultations" and distribution design work, maintains the website (when he can find the time), and programs our internal systems and design tools. Rob is also the forum moderator for the RPA's Radnet On-Line Forums, and occasionally presents interesting forum discussions to readers of the RPA newsletter. Finally, Rob is an online forum junky, so you're likely to find him posting on forums around the internet as "NRT.Rob". You can e-mail Rob at rob@NRTradiant.com.

Shawn Noyes

Shawn holds an A.S. M.E. from Central Maine Community College. He is our lead draftsman, overseeing much of our distribution design work and some wiring and controls diagrams as well, and he also does most of the testing of our control panels. Tracy Clark

Tracy is NRT's bookkeeper and inventory controller. She comes to NRT after four years as an A/R and A/P clerk for a large non-profit in Texas.
